Trevor and Rosemary Newbrook have lived in Rotorua most of their lives and simply love it. Rotorua’s central location and amazing natural features are unique. From the geothermal activity, to the forests, to the beautiful lakes and rivers, to the many parks and reserves, plus the huge range of tourist attractions and adventure activities there is always something to do.
They enjoy the lovely walks in the Redwoods or around some of the beautiful lakes. With 18 lakes in the Rotorua area they also enjoy lots of boating activities with their family – whether it is water-skiing, biscuiting or a quite cruise across Lake Rotoiti to the natural hot pool. Rosemary is a keen golfer and loves getting out on the famous Arikikapakapa Golf Course, especially with her 10 year old grandson. Trevor and Rosemary have been known to attend the odd local Horse Race meeting – although seldom pick a winner. They enjoy eating out and have plenty of choice with Rotorua’s many restaurants and bars Or maybe a relaxing afternoon visit to Volcanic Hills Winery with breath-taking views across the city and lake.
Trevor and Rosemary have 3 adult children and 10 grandchildren aged from 3 to 10 years old. Christmas can be a little hectic but they just love it !! Having been involved with many clubs and organisations over the years they are well known in the local community.
After six months completely renovating their home, they are enjoying the experience of hosting guests at their new Bed and Breakfast. With their wide knowledge of local attractions and features they are always happy to help with advice or assistance but will respect your privacy, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
